Can I return or exchange a hat if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! Email us at hello.hierbabuena@gmail.com, to get instructions on how to return your product. Please note, new shipping charges may apply if your return is due to an incorrect address or if the package was unclaimed. Unfortunately, exchanges are not currently supported, but you can return the item and place a new order in the correct size!

How long will it take to receive my order?

It typically takes 4-7 business days for orders to be processed. Fulfillment and shipping time depends on your location. For US orders, shipping usually takes 3-4 business days.

Can I track my order once it’s shipped?

If your hat arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, at hello.hierbabuena@gmail.com, with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to either replace the item or provide a refund. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
